Dear Church,
Pastors are in a unique position in that they are part of your local community but are always separate from your community in a particular way by virtue of their role. For many pastors, this is a difficult life. It is important to create space and times where pastors can both acknowledge their challenges and have others join in their celebrations. The questions are an assessment tool for our continued work as a congregation and Staff-Parish Relations Team to develop healthy practices and systems for our church and pastor. Please complete the online assessment by May 31.
