Praying the Labyrinth

Praying the Labyrinth is a spiritual practice to lead you in towards the center of faith and then out into the world. The unicular path is one-way in and one-way out - there is no maze where you find yourself lost. The work of walking the path is taking the next step in faith as you release yourself from the world and move towards God. This ancient practice has 4000 years of history predating Chrisitianity; yet, is deeply rooted as a practice of our fatih.

On Wednesday, March 20, a prayer labyrinth will debut in the Fellowship Hall. That night at 6:30 Pastor Dennis will introduce the labyrinth and offer guided practice. The labyrinth will remain with us through Saturday morning, March 23, for you to come and pray at your own pace.

Participants should walk the labyrinth in sock feet - no shoes, no bare feet - at the request of the lender of the canvas. Also, a finger labyrinth will be available for those unable to walk on the canvas.
