Gathering Around the Table: Church-Wide Planning Retreat — February 22

We’re gathering around the table—centered on Christ—to listen for God’s voice and plan together for the year ahead.

On Sunday, February 22, 2026, from 2:00–6:00 PM, Westminster will host a Church-Wide Planning Retreat, led by our Leadership Team and open to anyone and everyone who wants to help shape our shared life of mission and ministry in the coming year.

This will be more than a meeting. It will be a time of prayer, vision, conversation, and collaboration as we listen together for where God is leading our church in the next season—seeking God’s wisdom side by side.

During our time together:

• Karyl Willis, Leadership Team Lead, will help us connect and center ourselves as the Body of Christ.

• Pastor Dennis will share a vision for team-based ministry and how we serve together with purpose and joy.

• Rev. Gavin Daniels will guide us through our Lighthouse Prayer, helping us discern where God is already at work and where God may be calling us next.

• And yes—dinner will be provided in partnership with the Sprouting Roots Project (served around 5:20ish).

We won’t just be making plans—we’ll be practicing what it means to be the Body of Christ: gathered, prayerful, listening, and attentive to the Spirit.

This gathering is for the whole church. Whether you’re deeply involved in ministry, curious about what’s next, or simply love Westminster and want to be part of where we’re headed, you belong at the table.

We especially encourage all who serve on church leadership and ministry teams to make every effort to attend. Your voice, your experience, and your love for this church matter as we plan for the year ahead.
